Men's Soccer Picks Up First MAAC Victory Against Saint Peter's

 
Jersey City, N.J.-   The Merrimack College Warriors Men's soccer team collected their first MAAC win as they defeated the Saint Peter's Peacocks by a score of 2-1 on Saturday afternoon.

Merrimack found the lone goal of the first half as Simon Johansson scored his first Warriors goal at 35 minutes in, The Warriors would add a second goal as they added the game winner at 51 minutes. The Peacocks found a lifeline with a goal at 70 minutes, but the Warriors would hang on from there.


UP NEXT: The Warriors return home to face Fairfield University on Wednesday October 23rd, kick off will be at 7 PM.
