Maine would come draw closer in the third as they scored six runs. Alex Haba would quickly squash the comeback with a three run homerun in the third to make it 14-6. Merrimack would go on to score five more runs in the fourth inning the seal it. Michael Bradshaw would come into the game in the 7th to put the finishing touches on a waxing of the Black Bears.
