Cambridge, MA.— Merrimack Softball were shutout this afternoon by the Harvard Crimson by a final score of 5-0 on Tuesday afternoon.
Harvard scored the game's first run with a home run in the first inning, and they would add a second in the second. The Crimson would add three more runs in the sixth inning to finish the game's scoring.
The Warriors would put a runner in scoring position in the seventh as
Madison Cerpa hit a lead off double, but could not score as the rest of the side was retired by strikeouts.
