Game 2: Merrimack 11, Maine 6
Records: Merrimack (18-22), Maine (8-28)

Rapid Recap
The Warriors would score the first five runs of the game all coming in the first and second inning before the Black Bears would strike for two runs. In the fourth Merrimack would pile on five more scores and take a major 10-2 lead over Maine. Dawson Bryce would homer in the inning to help push the lead to 8. In the sixth inning, MC notched three more runs as Christian Gemelli capped off his perfect day from the plate with a two run double into right field. The Warriors would end up icing the game in seven innings, coasting to a ten run 13-3 victory.

The second game of this home and away would not feature the hot hitting that we had become accustomed to from the Warriors in the past week and change. While Merrimack was able to put up double digit runs, it would come on taking advantage of Maine's mistakes and poor pitching from the visitor. Casey Hegan started the game and was taken deep for a two run shot to start the game. MC would not score in the first but erupted for six runs in the second inning starting with a Braydon Dolbashian solo jack and ending with a Braydon Dolbashian double down the left field line to send in Dawson Bryce. The Warriors added to their lead in the next three innings making it as large as an 8 run advantage at 10-2. Maine scored three runs in the 6th and another one in the 7th to draw closer at 10-6. Alex Haba would add another score in the 8th and that would be all she wrote as Jack Collins closed it out to win 11-6.
