Rapid Recap
Merrimack came into this game needing a win to have any sort of chance at postseason play. The first quarter was a high scoring affair with the Bulldogs taking the early lead going up 5-2. Merrimack clawed back, scoring three straight to close out the frame, all three coming from Kasey Mongillo. In the second quarter the Warriors seized control of the game after a Bryant tally to start it off. That Bryant goal would ignite a 6-1 run from the Warriors that would put them up 12-8 at halftime. Brian Bouwman would end up scoring the final goal of the quarter with just under two minutes remaining.

In the third quarter, scoring slowed down dramatically as each side struggled to get the offenses going. Bryant, as they had in each of the previous two quarters, scored first to close the gap a touch. It would be MC scoring the final two goals of the quarter coming from Trace Hogan and Karl Sutter as they led 14-9 going into the fourth. Bryant would make their push to get back into it early on in the quarter with back to back to back goals before the answer came from Merrimack. It would be two knockout punches from Bouwman, adding to his huge day, and then Jack Kolbe as the Warriors salted away the win, 16-14.
