2–1 win over New Haven on Friday afternoon, edging the Chargers in a tight contest at home.

How It Happened
Merrimack struck first in the opening period. At 8:09,
Jade Shabo tallied her first goal of the season off a feed from
Delaney Weiler, putting the Warriors ahead 1–0. New Haven answered in the second frame. At 16:52, Emma Beaujouan capitalized on a Chargers chance to knot the game at 1–1. After a scoreless third quarter, Merrimack seized the advantage late. At 59:21, Weiler delivered the game-winner, giving Merrimack the lead, it would not relinquish.

Gianna Cioni led the team with three shots, including two on goal.
Isabelle Gardiner finished the game with four saves.
Erin Cottam also had three shots for the Warriors.
