HIGH POINT, N.C.– The Merrimack College Women's Basketball team took on High Point University this Wednesday. Despite falling 82-69,
Lydia Melaschenko flirted with program history making 7 three pointers.
Shooting 7-12 from beyond the arc, Melaschenko put up 21 points in tonight's contest. The 21 points and 7 threes were both career best for the senior guard.
Madison Roman put up a solid performance with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Roman led the team defensively with two blocks.
Mia Fiore stayed hot with another double-digit point night. The Rhode Island native posted 8 rebounds to go along with her 14 points.
