North Andover, Ma. --Merrimack faces off with #12/13 Boston University this weekend starting with a road game on Friday at 7 PM before coming host to Lawler Arena to host at 6 PM. Both games can be seen on ESPN Plus.

Parker Lalonde just missed out on another Hockey East award as he was runner up for Hockey East Rookie of the Month as announced on Wednesday. Parker leads the team in goals and points with five and six each. Parker received conference honors earlier this month when he was named Player of the Week after his hat trick against New Hampshire on Oct. 18th.

Max Lundgren started all six games for the Warriors in the month of October, going 3-3-0 in that span, with a .933 SV% and a 2.18 GAA. Max has made 25+ or more saves in five of his six starts and 30+ in four of them. Max was named as runner up for goalie of the month on Wednesday.

Merrimack went 1-2-0 against Boston University last season falling 6-3 at Agganis Arena on Nov. 22 before meeting again in Belfast on Nov. 29 (6-2 L) before the Warriors snapped a six game losing streak with a 2-1 overtime win at Lawler Arena with
Max Lundgren making 24 saves and
Nick Pierre scoring the tying goal &
Caelan Fitzpatrick scoring the winner just 20 seconds into overtime.
Caden Cranston,
Mark Hillier have also each scored against the Terriers.
Ty Daneault has had four assists,
Caden Cranston has had two and
Nick Pierre and
Seamus Powell have had assists as well.
