Lowell, Ma.-- The Merrimack College Warriors Men's soccer team were shutout by the UMass Lowell Riverhawks by a score 1-0 on Tuesday night.

UMass Lowell scored the game's lone goal just three minutes into the contest. Merrimack's lone shot on target of the half came in the 25
th minute but was turned away, the Warriors also attempted a long throw in the final seconds of the half but it was flicked away with the final shot sailing wide as the buzzer sounded.
In the second half, Warriors goalkeeper
Nelton Semedo made several saves but the Warriors were unable to snag an equalizer in the final 45 minutes.
