NORTH ANDOVER, MA-- Merrimack women's hockey continues their run to the finish with two different opponents this weekend, beginning tomorrow against Holy Cross at Lawler Arena with puck drop at 2 PM, before an off day then a trip to Burlington to face Vermont at 2 PM, both of these games can be seen on ESPN Plus. Merrimack went 1-1 last weekend, highlighted by a senior day 3-2 victory over Providence.
Graduate Student defender
Maddie Crowley-Cahill reached 150 career NCAA games in the win over Providence. Crowley-Cahill has found the net eight times and collected 14 assists for 22 points in that time including one goal and four assists for five points this season.
Junior defender
Hailey Eikos also hit a milestone last weekend as she surpassed 100 NCAA games played against Providence, in those games, she has seven goals and 17 assists for 24 points including a team high 10 assists this season for the Warriors.
Olivia Grabianowski had a memorable senior day game, scoring the opening goal and assisting on
Madison Vittands game winning tally. Grabianowski has ten points (three goals and seven assists) in 30 games so far.
Despite hockey season coming to close this month, freshman defender
Neely Hawn's athletic season will continue as she will join the Merrimack lacrosse team following the conclusion of the hockey season. Hawn collected an assist in both games this weekend.
Maria Lindberg had three points over the weekend with a goal and an assist against New Hampshire and an assist against Providence to move her into double digits in points this season.
Adreanna Doucette made 37 saves in her last start, including 22 in the third period in their 3-2 win last Saturday to pick up her fourth win of the season.
