BUFFALO, NY - Matt DeShiro tallied three hits, and a team of Samuel Franco, Colby Barker, and Cole Yennaco held the Golden Griffins to only two runs in a 4-2 victory.
DeShiro lit up the stat sheet in the series opener driving in the game winning run in the fourth inning.
He ended his day with three hits and two RBI's.
Colby Barker pitched six scoreless innings earning his fifth win of the season. He is currently tied for first in the nation in victories and fourth in ERA with a 0.35.
DeShiro's leadoff double in the first inning was followed up with a ground-rule double by Jayden Hamilton to give the Warriors an early 1-0 lead.
Joey Frammartino and Greg Cristino both found the bases twice after each recording a single and a walk.
Garrett McGovern tied the game up 2-2 in the third inning off an RBI walk.
Chris Goode rocketed a double in the fourth inning and was the game winning run that was driven in by DeShiro.
