Warriors Drop Match At Nationally Ranked NJIT

NEWARK, NJ - Merrimack College men's volleyball fell 3-0 to #19 ranked NJIT this Friday afternoon in Newark.

The Warriors were led by sophomore hitter Dallas Birkenbeuel who tallied double-digit kills (11) for the 15th time this season.

Birkenbeuel also had a team leading six digs.

Nick Tidik tallied eight kills and a whopping six block assists.

Reece Lindstrom racked up 30 assists. 

Blake Taschner had six kills and five digs in the loss. 

This concludes the Warriors regular season. The team takes on Springfield College next week for an exhibition match at 7 p.m. before heading down to Barry University for the IVA tournament on April 16th.
