Women's Tennis Tops St. Michael's

NORTH ANDOVER, MA - The Merrimack women's tennis team defeated St. Michael's 4-3 on Monday at Brooks School.

Giula Martins Cavalcante won at No. 4 singles 7-5, 6-4 and teamed with Kiana Thompson to win 6-3 at No. 1 doubles.

Pia Vargas-Lopez won 7-6 (7-2), 6-1 at Np. 5 singles and teamed with Jordan Phillips to win 6-2 at No. 2 doubles. Addyson Stadler won 7-6 (8-6), 7-5 at No. 6 singles.

The Warrios return to action on Tuesday, hosting Quinnipiac at Brooks School at 11 a.m.
