HAMDEN, Conn. -- The Merrimack College women's tennis team is set to travel to the 2026 Metro Masters Tournament at Quinnipiac University this weekend.
The three-day tournament, not to be confused with with the conference's Men's and Women's Tennis Championships during the spring, will kick off Friday.
Merrimack graduate student Latizia Bojara claimed a win in her No. 1 singles match against Assumption the last time the Warriors stepped on the court. Merrimack head coach Adam Courtemanche is hopeful Bojara's veteran leadership and pedigree will help the younger players as the Warriors look to put together a competitive showing against the conference's best.
