NORTH ANDOVER, MASS.-- The Merrimack College women's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw with the Saint Peter's University Peacocks in a game that had 46 combined shots on Saturday afternoon at Martone-Mejail Field.
Merrimack had 15 shots in the first half, triple the amount of the Peacocks and their best chance came in the opening three minutes when
Kylie Fuller's effort clipped the crossbar.
In the second half, Saint Peter's appeared to take the lead in the opening 10 minutes, but the goal was chalked off for a foul in the buildup after review.
Both teams would press for an eventual winning goal with 27 shots combined but neither team could break through.
Addison Israel posted her first career clean sheet in the contest with nine saves on the day.
