All student-athletes are required to submit all medical documentation by July 1 annually, prior to the start of the academic year.  All medical documentation must be submitted through our electronic health and medical records system, SportsWare.  Student-athletes will not be medically cleared until all required documentation is submitted and approved by the athletic training staff.
