• Brother to Joshua and Kevon. Joshua played Division II football at Souther Connecticut State University
• Has four relatives who played in the NFL  including Bill Brooks who was a Pro Bowl wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts and Buffalo Bills, Gerald Riggs who was a three-time Pro Bowl and XXVI Super Bowl Champion running back for the Washington Redskins and the Atlanta Falcons, Gerald Riggs, Jr. who was signed by the Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears, and Cody Riggs who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
