- Four-time First-Team All-State selection in both lacrosse and field hockey and a First-Team All-State basketball player as a senior
- All-American in lacrosse as a senior
- Field hockey New Hampshire DIII Player of the Year
- Won 3 field hockey state championships and reached two state semifinals in lacrosse
- Captain of lacrosse, field hockey and basketball teams as both a junior and senior
- Played club lacrosse for the New Hampshire Tomahawks

- Daugher of Kory and Kelli Keenan
- Mother Kelli played field hockey at UVM and father Kory played football at Plymouth State
- Has a brother Tanner who plays soccer at Riviera University
