Before Merrimack: Silva was on the University of Maine Black Bears (America East) and did not see game action… Silva turned over 500 saves in her four years of high school soccer at Mahwah ... She helped her team to 2015 and 2016 league championships as well as a 2016 state sectional championship ... As a senior captain, she earned First Team All-County and All-League honors to go with her junior year First Team All-League honors ... In addition to soccer, Silva competed on the track team.
 
Personal: Born February 16, 2000… Daughter of MaryAlice and Mike… twin sister to Jenny… Father Mike played at Catawba College.
