Proving to be a deep ball threat in both of Merrimack's game last week, senior Ryan Boulter of the men's basketball program was named this week's Fuddruckers Male Athlete of the Week after leading the Warriors in scoring in a pair of Northeast-10 Conference victories. 

Boulter led Merrimack to a pair of wins last week, pacing the Warriors with 19.5 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per contest. Boulter led Merrimack in field goals (13), 3-point field goals (11), points (39) and ranks third in rebound- ing (11). The sharpshooter also shot 48.1 percent overall (13-27) and 47.8 from deep (11-23). Boulter totaled 19 points in a win over AIC followed by his sixth 20-point game of the year at Saint Rose. The senior made five treys against the Yellow Jackets followed by a season-high tying six against the Golden Knights. His seven boards vs. AIC were also a season best.

The Mansfield, Mass. native moved within one 3-pointer of taking the lead league in treys, sinking 68 long balls over 19 contests. Boulter leads the conference with 3.6 3-pointers made per game, and has made at least 60 in each of his last three seasons. He increased his 3-point percentage to .420 over 162 attempts, pulling within .013 of setting a new career best.

Boulter and the Warriors return to action on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. at Assumption, looking for the season sweep of the Greyhounds.
