Athletic Department Announces Men’s Ice Hockey Home Game with UConn Moved to Jan. 12

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College Athletic Department has announced that the men's ice hockey team's upcoming home game against the University of Connecticut has been moved up one day.

The Warriors' bout with the Huskies, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 13, will now be played at Lawler Rink on Friday, Jan. 12, at its originally scheduled time of 7 p.m. The new time will accommodate New England Patriots fans who were planning to watch the Patriots' playoff game scheduled for Jan. 13 at 8:15 p.m.

All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled date (Jan. 13) will be honored next Friday!

Additionally, to help commemorate the beginning of what will hopefully be another long NFL postseason in New England, fans who wear any Patriots memorabilia/attire to the game will be eligible to purchase tickets in the student section for $6 OR reserved seats for $12! This offer is only valid on game day. Please note: those ticket prices are for all audiences (no general/youth prices).

Don't forget that FREE Merrimack Athletics Ice Scrapers will be given away to the first 750 fans in attendance, while the next Merrimack Hockey Trading Card series will also be available while supplies last.
