BOSTON – The Merrimack College women's track and field team opened the season with record-setting performances at the Emmanuel College Indoor Season Opener on Saturday, as the Warriors finished their first Division I meet with four new program records across events.

Meet Highlights:
- Freshman Skyler Bomba won the pole vault at school record 3.19m and came in second in the high jump at 1.55m.
- Gabrielle Eldridge set a program record in the shot put with 12.58m to earn second place, before taking second in the 60m hurdles in 9.47.
- Kate Fisher won the 3000m race in 10:17.96 for another program record time.
- Junior Hannah Link set a record in the weight throw at 12.68m.
- Freshman Emma Faivre earned a second place finish with a 26.57 in the 200m.
- Senior Khori Jones finished the triple jump at 10.70m for second place.
- Sarah Wilson finished second in the pole vault at 3.04m, and Anna Rava took third at 2.74 meters to give the Warriors three of the top five finishers in the event.
Up Next:
The Warriors will return to the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center to compete against Northeastern next Saturday, December 14.
