NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College softball program looks to bounce back after Sunday's loss to Saint Anselm, traveling to Stonehill for a critical divisional doubleheader. Merrimack is tied for fourth in the northeast division with Stonehill, setting the stage for what will be an extremely important three-game series.
Five Things to Know:
- Merrimack dropped two games to Saint Anselm this weekend, dropping its divisional record to 6-6. Â
- Wednesday's twinbill will be the first road doubleheader for the Warriors since March 24th.
- Junior Tiffany Mangiameli has three more stolen bases than the entire Stonehill team (25).
- Stonehill has won its last five games, taking down Bentley on the 11th before dropping Saint Michael's four straight times over the weekend.
- Sophomore Genna Hartman led the Skyhawks over the weekend, going 11-for-24 with 11 RBI.
