NORTH ANDOVER, MASS. – The Merrimack College men's basketball team beat the University of New England.
Ziggy Reid led the way for the Warriors with 19 points.
Jordan Minor was the only other Warrior in double figures with 10 points.
Bryan Etumnu had nine points and seven rebounds off the bench.

- The Warriors jumped out to a 17-point lead in the first eight minutes. A three by Reid made the lead 26 with seven minutes left in the first half. Devon Savage hit a three with just under two minutes to play to push the first half lead up to 40. Etumnu scored before the end of the half to head into the locker room up 42. Reid scored the first seven points of the second half for Merrimack, giving them a 47-point lead. Nick Filchner hit a three to put the Warriors up 48 with 15 minutes left in the game. Thomas Hall knocked down a three with 10 to play. Merrimack continued to play well, winning the game by 59 points.

- Hall, Elliott Black, and Brandon Legris all scored the first points of their Warrior career.
- Merrimack shot a season-best 61% from the field and 44% from three.
- Bennett finished the game with four steals.
