BROOKLINE, MASS. – The Merrimack College baseball team was beat by Northeastern University on Wednesday afternoon, 11-2.

The Huskies got on the board first, scoring two runs in the second.
Braydon Dolbashian cleared the fence in the third for his team-leading fourth home run to pull the Warriors within one of the lead. Northeastern then added two runs on two hits in the bottom of the third to go up three.
Scott Elliott singled up the middle with one down in the fourth. He failed to get home. The Huskies added a run in the fourth to go up four.
Michael Golankiewicz singled to center field with no outs in the sixth. He would not cross home plate. Northeastern scored a run in the seventh to go up by five.
Alex Haba doubled down the right field line to lead off the top of the eighth. After reaching third after a fielder's choice, Golankiewicz knocked home Haba after a fielder's choice of his own. The Huskies scored five runs on three hits in the bottom of the eighth.
