CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Merrimack men's volleyball team held a four-point lead late in the third set, but ultimately wasn't able to pull it out in a straight-set defeat against the Harvard Crimson on Friday night.
Harvard earned a 25-15, 25-15, 26-24 victory.
Dallas Birkenbeuel finished with a team-high 11 kills for the Warriors while
Max Tkachev (seven kills) and
Reece Lindstrom (18 assists, six digs) complemented the effort.
The Warriors travel back to the Harvard Invitational in Cambridge on Saturday where they will face No. 20 Lincoln Memorial.
