Men's Tennis Topped By Sacred Heart

FAIRFIELD, CT – Trey Pleasant picked up victories at both singles and doubles, but the Merrimack men's tennis team lost at Sacred Heart 5-2 Saturday.

Pleasant won 7-5, 7-5 at No. 6 singles and teamed with Bjorn Hedegaard-Friis to win 6-3 at No. 3 doubles.

Juan Carlose Portilla won 5-7, 6-2, 12-10 in the tiebreaker at No. 4 singles.

The Warriors return to action next Saturday, when they host Siena.
