BROOKLINE, MA - Merrimack College baseball visits Northeastern for two games and Maine for a one this weekend in Brookline.
The Warriors are coming off a seven game home stretch where they defeated reigning conference champs Fairfield.
The Warriors are led by outfielder Joey Frammartino who is batting .365 on the season and has a 1.117 slugging. Frammartino has hit four home runs, and driven in 24 runs. He also leads the team in OBP with .541.
The team's home run leader (5) Greg Cristino is batting .298 and has the most RBIs at 28. Cristino also has ten doubles thus far.
Brooks Craigue is swinging a hot bat recently. He had a four hit game against Holy Cross last week, and drove in a total of five runs.
Freshman Garrett McGovern has 22 hits this season with a .324 batting average.
Jayden Hamilton has knocked in 18 runs on 33 hits. He leads the team in plate appearances with 114.
Game 1 on Friday against Northeastern is set for 2 p.m. and game 2 Saturday is set for 12 noon. The neutral site matchup against UMaine will take place at noon as well on Sunday.
