NEWTON, Mass. -- The Merrimack College men's soccer team suffered a 4-0 defeat against Boston College on Thursday night.
 
The Warriors, who played a man-down after the first minute of the game, allowed three first-half goals.
 
Merrimack goaltender Matteo Malaguti made his Warriors and made eight saves.
 
The Warriors return to action as they travel to Holy Cross on Sunday at 2 p.m.
