NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's track and field team had notable performances across split events with qualifying student-athletes participating in the New England Championships, while the rest of the squad competed at Wesleyan.

Weekend Highlights:
- At the New England Championships, Julia Dempsey set a school record in the 5k at 18:12.89.
- For the men, Eseosa Omuemu had a top eight finish in the triple jump at 13.70m to lead the team in the event.
- Patrick Whyte earned a ninth place finish in the high jump at 1.94m.
- At Wesleyan, Aaron Gable won the 60m hurdles at 8.64, with Drew Gardner winning the pole vault at 3.95m.
- Travis Hunt earned a second place finish in the shot put at 13.73m and a first place finish in the weight throw at 13.14.
- The men's 4x800 relay team took first as James Bull, Gunnar Hasselquist, Brian Sardinskas and Shamus Malia crossed at 8:40.53.
- For the women, freshman Hannah Link took a third place finish in the 200m at 27.06, while Rylee Ducharme took second place in the 800m at 2:37.45.
- Merrimack took three of the top five spots in the 60m hurdles, with Kathryn Sullivan Leading the group at 9.40, followed by Skylar Bomba at 9.70 and Madison Haughey at 10.32.
- Bomba also won the pole vault with a 3.20m mark.
