HOPKINTON, NH -- Merrimack Men's Track and Field team continued their outdoor season on Saturday as they took part in the Ed Daniels Classic hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.

Aidan Dupill and
Ben Rich took the top two steps of the podium in the 1500 meter race with Dupill posting a time of 4:02.57 and Rich running a time of 4:03.84.
Ben Rich also had a top five finish with a time of 4:05.47.

Elizardo Melenciano finished fourth in the 110 hurdles, with a time of 14.95,
Jackson Bomba was eighth with 16 seconds even.

Gab Qureshi placed fourth in the 400 meter run with a time of 49.02,
John Azpiri-Sudusky finished eighth with a time of 49.77.

Michael Alleva finished fifth in the 5000 meter race, with a time of 15:35.33.

Manny Mahoney finished sixth in the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.80.

DJ Walsh finished seventh in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:31.23.                                                                                 Â

Grant Eastin placed fourth in the Elite shot put with a throw of 14.71 meters.
Â
Owen LaRoss won the unseeded shot put event with a throw of 12.95 meters.
Â
LaRoss also had a sixth place finish in the discus throw with a distance of 45.50 meters.

Jared Ptaszek and
Jude Ibarra finished sixth and eighth in the hammer throw with marks of 52.08 meters and 49.64 meters each.

Keith Townsend finished fourth in the 400 meter hurdle with a time of 54.96, he finished seventh in the high jump with a height of 1.83 meters.

Jimmy Gogbeh finished eighth in the men's long jump with a mark of 6.32 meters.
Â
Brady Trask finished eighth in the javelin throw with a throw of 47.97 meters.
