NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College men's track and field team finished first in a home quad meet against UMass Lowell, Bryant and Assumption on Saturday.
Merrimack finished the meet with 167 total points, with the Warriors setting program records in events across the competition.

Meet Highlights:
- In the 400m, Jason Louis took second with a 50.80 finish, joined by Ralph Desrosiers' 50.88 finish. Freshman Colby Barnes took second in the 5000m at 15:46.12.
- Aaron Gable won the 110m hurdles at 15.02, besting his PR set last meet while moving into second place on the all-time list for the event.
- In the 400m hurdles, senior Dan Lovell won the event, setting a new program record with a 55.53 finish.
- Both relay teams took second and third in the 4x100m, taking a third place finish in the 4x400 at 3:26.22.
- In the jumps, Eseosa Omuemu took second in the long jump at 6.60m with freshman Stephen Gallagher finishing third with a 6.57m jump. Omuemu won the triple jump at 13.70m.
- Senior Ryan Nesta took third in the pole vault at 3.05m.
- Travis Hunt took second in the hammer on a 46.74m throw, setting a program record in the event.
- Two Warriors entered the program leaderboard in the discus. Patrick Redmond's 45.32m throw moved him to second all-time while taking a second place finish in the event. Nathan Quaye took third in the event and moved to third all-time with a 45.06m throw.
- Redmond also took a top finish in the shot put with a 14.62m throw in the shot put.
