Men's Track and Field Projected To Place Sixth in MAAC Preseason Poll

North Andover, MA-- The Merrimack Men's Track and Field Team was projected to finish in sixth place in the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Preseason Poll as announced by the league office on Monday morning.
 
 
           
 
   Nathan Molina will look to continue his success for the Warriors as he was named MAAC Field Rookie of the Meet in the conference championship last year after setting personal bests with a mark of 6.95 meters in the long jump and a mark of 1.91 meters in the high jump, finishing 3^rd and 5^th in those events respectively.
 
Jared Ptaszek is another member Merrimack will depend on in the indoor season, as he scored a top five finish in the MAAC indoor championships last year in the weight throw event with a mark of 16.77m
 
Aidan Dupill will lead on the track after a very successful cross-country season, as he had several top ten finish in the events he participated in last season including a 9^th place in the MAAC Indoor conference championships and a win in the Harvard Crimson invitational last February.
 
 
The Warriors begin their season this Saturday when they participate in two different meets, as they are entering in both the New Balance Early Bird Invite held at the Track at New Balance and the Suffolk Relays which will take place at the Reggie Lewis Center.

The 2025 MAAC Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 21-22, 2026, at the Nike Track and Field Center at The Armory in New York, New York. The two-day meet will be hosted by Manhattan University and will be held at The Armory for the 22^nd consecutive year dating back to 2004.
