Cambridge, MA-- Merrimack Men's Track and Field won three events and had seven podium finishes as they continued their season, taking part in the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational on Saturday.

Gabriel Qureshi won the 600-meter race with a time of 1:20.77, two seconds quicker than second place.

The team of
Maddox Merlo,
John Azpiri-Sudusky,
Elizardo Melenciano, Gabriel Qureshi won the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:24.22.

Grant Eastin took the top step of the podium in the Weight Throw with a distance of 17.10 meters,
Jared Ptaszek rounded off the podium with a throw of 16.88 meters.

Nathan Molina finished runner up in the Long Jump, reaching a distance of 6.92 meters.

Michael Alleva placed fifth in the Mile run with a time of 4:23.91,
Reidar Aageson finished eighth in the same event with a time of 4:23.91

Elizardo Melenciano finished fifth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.18, Samuel Carrette finished in seventh with a time of 23.25.

Evan Thevenot finished second in the Triple Jump reaching a distance of 13.51 meters,
Hunter Schobel had a podium finish as well with a mark of 13.34 meters.

Keith Townsend took fourth place with a mark of 1.96 meters in the High Jump.

Grant Eastin finished fourth in the Weight Throw with a throw of 14.06 meters.
