NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College field hockey team released their schedule ahead of the 2025 season.
The Warriors will once again have a robust non-conference schedule alongside nine NEC games. The year will begin with six straight on the road starting on August 29
th at UMass Lowell. That will be followed up with a trip to Worcester, Massachusetts to play Holy Cross on the 31
st. A September 7
th meeting with Providence is next up before heading to Burlington, Vermont to take on the Catamounts of Vermont and Michigan State on the 13
th and 14
th. Conference play will commence with a meeting at Mercyhurst on September 19
th.
Merrimack will have their home opener on September 26
th against Fairfield and another home matchup on the 28
th versus Saint Francis. They will play host for the third straight game as they welcome in Division I newcomer, New Haven on October 3
rd. A neutral site non-conference game is scheduled for October 5
th in Worcester against Central Michigan. Then it is back to NEC play with a game at Sacred Heart on the 10
th. A matchup at Bryant on the 12
th marks the final pause from conference play for the year. Following that, the Warriors stay on the road on the 17
th and 19
th with games against Wagner and LIU. The final two contests of the year will both be played on home turf as Rider comes to town on October 24
th and finally Stonehill on the 31
st.
