ANDOVER, MA – Senior Kendray Daily won two events as the Merrimack women's swimming & diving team defeated Stonehill on Senior Day Friday.

Neva Sa and
Cameron Zuliani were honored before the meet.
"Today was a good day for the team," Merrimack head coach
Erin Cammann said. "We always love swimming in front of home fans, and the team was especially motivated because it was our senior recognition meet. This senior class has been tremendous for us, both in terms of their performance in the pool and their leadership out of it, and everyone was very motivated to send them off with a victory in their last home meet. Mission accomplished."
Daily won the 50-yard freestyle in 24.50 and the 100 freestyle in 53.59. Junior
Casey Bednarek won the 200 IM in 2:14.80 and the 200 butterfly in 2:13.07.
Senior
Neva Sa won the 200 freestyle in 1:57.84 and was runner-up in the 100 free in 54.51. Freshman
Julia Tejeda was outtouched by .01 in the 1,650, finishing second in a a time of 18:22.68.
Freshman Sophie Ferrara won 1-meter diving with a score of 208.80.

Merrimack's 800-freestyle relay team of Sa, Tejada, freshman
Ally Jacques and Bednarek placed first in a time of 8:11.36.
Merrimack has a quick turnaround, travelling to Stonehill for a 7 p.m. meet on Saturday at the Massasoit Community College Pool.
