Hooksett, NH- The Merrimack College Tennis team is gearing up to face Southern New Hampshire in a duel match Tuesday.
The Warriors are coming into this match flying high after an impressive start to the year. Still, Coach Corey Erikson isn't letting that momentum stop them from practicing a lot harder this week in preparation for the Penman.
"The guys are feeling confident coming off a strong win vs. Assumption last week. Coach Erikson said." After a restful weekend, we are looking to keep the momentum going vs. SNHU. It's a strong opponent, but the guys are ready, and we prepared for it in practice.
Arjun Bhatia and Tarik Zubovic, along with Bjorn Hedegaard-Friis, look to lead the charge in this young warrior team against the penmen in hopes of picking up the second win of the year in match play.
Match time is set for 3 p.m. at Mark A. Ouellette Stadium Tennis Courts.
