NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The No. 4 Merrimack College men's lacrosse team will meet No. 20 Saint Anselm College in a rematch of last May's Northeast-10 Conference Championship Final on Tuesday night, as the Warriors and Hawks clash in a key conference matchup at Grappone Stadium. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.

Five Things to Know:
  • The Warriors are in the midst of their longest win streak of the season (4) after picking up two more last week, first at home against Bentley (16-12) before a romping of AIC on Saturday. Sophomore Sean Black had 17 points in that span to earn his first NE10 Player of the Week accolade this year.
  • Recording no fewer than 12 goals in any game this season, Merrimack owns the NE10's best scoring offense (and the country's third-best), averaging 17.86 goals per game. They also boast the nation's third-ranked man-up offense that converts at 45.2 percent. The Warriors have also taken care of the ball well, as indicated by their nation-low 12.29 turnovers per game and an 84.1-percent clearing percentage that ranks 22nd nationally.
  • Junior Charlie Bertrand continues to back up his status as one of the nation's best overall players with a team-leading 54 points on the strength of 39 goals and 15 assists in seven games. He leads the country in points per game (7.71) and goals per game (5.57), while Black leads the country in assists per game (3.14) and seventh in scoring average (5.86).
  • Merrimack has won 19 straight games at home, the longest active home winning streak in the country. The last time the Warriors lost a game at home was on March 18, 2017. The Warriors have also won 15 straight against NE10 foes, the longest active streak in the NE10 and third-longest conference winning streak nationally.
  • It's been over a decade since Merrimack last lost to Saint Anselm (4/11/17); since then, the Warriors have won 14 in a row over the Hawks and have an all-time series edge of 25-3. Saint Anselm enters Tuesday 3-3 (2-2 NE10); they are led by Patrick Sweeney's 27 points (20g, 7a), while Allen Jarabek has gone 53.3% on the faceoff X. Nick Richard has all six starts in net and owns a .500 save percentage and 12.22 goals against average.
