Lowell, MA—The Merrimack Women's Track and field team competed in the UMass Lowell Invitational meet this past weekend.
Notes and Numbers:

Jahaida Gabriel finished second in both the 100 Meter (12.71) and 200 Meter Event (26.20)
·
Sydney Connolly finished in seventh in the 100 Meters with a time of 13.23. She also placed tenth in the 200 meters with a time of 27.36.
·
Emma Faivre finished in fifth in the 200 Meter with a time of 26.74.
·
Kaleigh Lane finished in third place in the 400 Meter with a time of 1:01.79.
Angelina Zaykovskaya finished in tenth with a time of 1:06.23.
·
Emma Bouvier finished in sixth in the 1500 Meters event with a time of 4:53.82
·
Olivia Beaudet finished in eighth in the 3000 Meters event with a time of 10:41.40.
Hannah Brisson also placed ninth in the event with a time of 10:43.02.
·
Kathryn Sullivan finished sixth in the 100m Hurdles Event with a time of 16.13.
·
Carla Bouchrouche won the 400m Hurdles Event with a time of 1:04.84.
· In the 4 x 100 Relay Event, The Merrimack A Squad consisting of
Jahaida Gabriel,
Sydney Connolly,
Kathryn Sullivan, and
Emma Faivre finished in third with a time of 50.71.

Tess Rancourt finished in fourth place in the Shot Put event.

The Warriors next meet takes place this week in Smithfield, Rhode Island as they will compete in the Black & Gold Invitational hosted by Bryant University.
