Men's Track and Field Has Good Showing at UMass Invitational Highlighted by Couture and Schultz

Boston, MA.-- The Merrimack Men's Track and Field Team competed in the UMass Flagship Invitational on Sunday with standout performances from Cory Couture and Owen Schultz.

Cory Couture finished in 2^nd in the 400 meter dash final of 48.09 seconds, Cory also finished 3^rd in the 200 meter dash final with a time of 21.58.

Owen Schultz placed a solid time of 1:58.55 in the 800 meter dash event.

Sean Glass finished 7^th in the 60 meter dash final with a time of 6.99 seconds. He also finished eighth in the 200 meter final with a mark of 21.88.

Claudel Chevalier finished sixth in the men's weight throw final with a mark of 16.27 meters.
