Staten Island, N.Y.—The Merrimack Men's Track and Field Team finished in fourth place in the Northeast Conference Indoor Track and Field Finals held over this past weekend, highlighted by five podium event finishes by
Sean Glass,
Cory Couture,
John Elie Jr.,
Mark Sten,
Jadis Yarbrough,
Blake Hickey and CJ Cheavlier.
Sean Glass and
Cory Couture finished on the podium in the 200 meter dash with times of 21.51 and 21.87.
Cory Couture finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.01,
Mark Sten finished fifth in the same event with a 49.38
John Elie Jr. finished third in the 60-meter hurdle with a time of 8.19.

Cory Couture fished third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:20.56.
Sean Glass finished fourth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.95.

Neil Letellier finished fourth in the 4000 Distance medley relay with a time of 3:58.24.
Billy Coakley finished fifth in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:44.50, he also finished seventh in the 3000-meter run final with a time of 8:32.19.
Antonio Craveiro placed in sixth in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:55.21.
Neil Letellier finished eighth in the mile run, with a time of 4:16.47,
Michael Alleva finished just behind with a time of 4:18.70.
Claudel Chevalier finished on the podium with a third-place finish in the weight throw with a mark of 16.66 meters. Jared Ptastek finished seventh with a throw of 15.56 meters.
Blake Wadley finished seventh in triple jump with a mark of 13.42 meters.
Maxim Lussier finished sixth in the pole vault with a height of 4.30 meters,
Tucker Carroll finished seventh with a height of 4.20 meters.
Grant Eastin finished eighth in the men's shot put with a mark of 13.52 meters.
Brian Gallagher finished ninth in the long jump with a mark of 6.41 meters.
