Boston, MA.—The Merrimack Men's Track and Field Team participated in the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational hosted by Boston University this past weekend, a performance that was highlighted by John Elie's new school record in the 60 meter hurdle event.
John Elie Jr. finished in third place in the 60 meter hurdle event with a of 8.16 seconds, which also sets a new school record for the event.
Billy Coakley set a new school record running 8:27.35 in the Men's 3K.
Cory Couture finished sixth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.17 seconds, a new personal best.
Sean Glass ran a time of 21.76 in the 200 meter dash, which is a new personal best.
