STATEN ISLAND, N.Y – NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships concluded today in New York, with several athletes competing in the finals.
Zachary Fisher was the top-finisher for the Warriors today, coming in third place in the 60m dash and sixth in the 200m.

Results:
- Zachary Fisher earned a bronze medal in the finals of the 60m dash (6.97) and took sixth place in the 200m. Fisher improved on his qualifying time from the day before, with a finish of 22.01 in the finals of the 200m.
- Cory Couture placed eighth in the finals of the 400m, also improving on his qualifying time to 49.40.
- TJ Corliss took sixth place in the mile, finishing with a time of 4:18.99. This time was more than four seconds faster than his time in the preliminary round
- John Elie Jr. placed eighth in the finals of the 60m hurdles, coming in at a time of 8.93

Up next, the Warriors will compete in the ECAC/I4A meet, which will be held in Boston, Mass. at the BU Track & Tennis Center on March 4-6.
