Sophomore guard Diamond Christian of the Merrimack College women's basketball program has been named the Dunkin' Athlete of the Week following a career game at Saint Francis University last week.

Diamond Christian averaged 11.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game last week over two contests for Merrimack. Christian was Merrimack's top rebounder and leader in steals while ranking second in scoring. The second-year guard started the week with a career-high tying 17 points at Saint Francis, while setting single-game career highs with eight rebounds and six steals. Christian became the first Warrior since the 2018-19 season to record a game with at least six thefts. She also tied for the team lead with nine made field goals and shot .375 (3-8) from beyond the arc.
