After leading the Warriors in scoring in two games last week and helping the Warriors to their first Northeast-10 Conference Semifinals appearance in eight years, junior forward Ryan Boulter of the Merrimack College men's basketball team has been named Fuddruckers Male Athlete of the Week. 

Boulter averaged 16.5 points per game, scoring in double figures in the regular season finale vs. Saint Michael's (16) and leading Merrimack in scoring with 17 points in its quarterfinal victory over New Haven. Boulter posted a shooting line of .500/.474/1.000 over the two games, hitting 11-of-22 field-goal attempts and a team-leading nine three-pointers.

Despite missing 10 games due to injury, Boulter ranks second on the Warriors in scoring (14.1 ppg) and leads the team in three-pointers made (53) and three-point percentage (.442). The junior currently has 963 career points, needing 37 more to become the 44th player in program history with 1,000 career points. The Mansfield, Mass. native has scored in double figures 11 times this season. Merrimack is 8-3 in those games. 

Boulter and the Warriors return to action on Wednesday night, when the Navy and Gold travel to top-seeded Le Moyne to face the Dolphins at 7 p.m. in the NE10 Semifinals. With a win, the Warriors will reach their first NE10 final in 18 years.
